We are Synergio and we help organizations get better at product development.
We advise, support, train, implement and transform product development processes. This includes the development of extensive software applications, complex often lengthy construction projects in the public infrastructure and high-quality combinations of hardware and software in, for example, the manufacturing and medical industry. Our areas of expertise are the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Systems Engineering, Rapid Learning Cycles and Agile Business Analysis. We ensure that companies improve on this.
