On 3 October 2019, The tenth DREAM Event 2019 (Dutch Requirements Engineering And Management) was organized in Vianen.
Synergio presented a presentation on Agile Business Analysis in a complex SAFe implementation.
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is one of the best described and most widely used methods to scale Agile to larger organizations. The scale-up is not at the expense of flexibility. SAFe does not know the role of business analyst, however, in complex IT landscapes, business analysis work must still be carried out. Synergio has combined its experience in business analysis with the knowledge of SAFe to help organizations better with the introduction of working Agile.
As a sponsor of the event, Synergio was visibly present with a booth where not only our brochures were available, but also live demonstrations were given of, among other things, Targetprocess – a software package to support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementations.
