SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Introduction
In this two-day course, participants will gain insight into the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe organization. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise. The participants are prepared to successfully plan and execute a Planning Interval (PI). A Planning Interval is how alignment occurs with all levels of a SAFe organization.
Attendees will also discover how to build high-performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification means that people are prepared to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment and increase their value to teams and organizations implementing SAFe.
