Collaboration Synergio with Mojeo.
Edwin: Synergio focuses on the transformation into a Lean – Agile organization. Where we focus entirely on the transformation, we were looking for a partner who could reinforce us with the resources to fill in the various SAFe® roles during the implementation of the transition.
Luc: The contact arose from a collaboration with a joint customer. One of our colleagues has brought us into contact with Synergio. We think it is important to keep our employees constantly informed about the latest trends & movements in the market. We then enabled Synergio to provide Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) training.
Edwin: We conducted various training courses to the employees of MOJEO. In those courses it became clear that we had a good click with MOJEO. From that approach we have started talking to each other.

Edwin: From Synergio we see that our customers increasingly understand the benefits of the Scaled Agile Framework. At the moment we are already helping a number of customers with a transition to a SAFe® way of working.
Luc: As MOJEO we see the role of a project manager becoming more and more changing by the increase of Agile work. We also see that real project management skills are needed within roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Engineer and Product Manager. By collaborating with Synergio we can better guide our relationships in the execution of large programs SAFe transformations. In addition, by exchanging knowledge and expertise we can enrich each other’s employees.

Edwin: Besides that Synergio & MOJEO complement each other in terms of services and knowledge, the two organisations are also very similar in character and culture. We are both not resume-sliders and we do not work with brokers. In short, together we are able to guide great Agile transformations. Synergio & MOJEO together have 20 SAFe certified employees in different roles, an optimal form of cross-pollination. Together, we can offer organizations a smooth transition to an agile way of working.
