The team level contains the roles, activities, ceremonies and processes of Agile teams to deliver customer value in the context of an Agile Release Train (ART).

Targetprocess supports the creation of iteration plans for teams. The Kanban board in Targetprocess visually displays the status and progress of work.

With the help of the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) you can see the amount of work of the different Kanban stages. Both Burn-down and Burn-up charts in Targetprocess can provide visibility into the progress of the team.

Large Solution SAFe supports the specification, development, deployment, and maintenance of large and complex software systems, as well as combinations of hardware and software.

At the Large Solution Level, there is more focus on capturing requirements, designs and tests in the Solution Intent. This is necessary for the coordination of the various Agile Release Trains (ART) and suppliers and the need to demonstrably comply with regulatory.

Portfolio SAFe supports defining the portfolio strategy and budgeting of investments. It also supports Agile execution and Lean governance of the portfolio.

The Portfolio level aligns the execution and funding of Value Streams with the organization’s strategy, called Strategic Themes.

The Lean Portfolio Management team is responsible for controlling the portfolio that consists of strategy determination and financing of investments, Agile portfolio execution and Lean Governance.

Full SAFe is the most extensive configuration and supports the development of very large and complex systems for which hundreds of people work together.
