Step into the world of product development with Synergio

As a Consultant Agile for Software, you will help our customers accelerate and improve the product development process. You are able to quickly grasp our client’s issues. You form a picture for yourself with which solutions you can concretely help the customer and convey these in a convincing manner.

You will help hands-on to apply the advice practically and incrementally to the client and achieve results together. In doing so, you will be able to quickly anticipate all kinds of developments and take the customer along with you, and you will teach the customer to deal with continuous learning and improvement.

Your day as a Consultant Agile Product Development is never the same. Not only are you working with different clients from different industries and with a variety of problems, you yourself are switching gears in multiple areas. From a quick scan to implementation process, from inspiration session to multi-day training sessions, and from sparring with the client to guiding in the use of tools.

And how do you do this? You decide that together with the customer; you are responsible for filling in your day. So whether you start at 8 a.m. or 10 a.m., whether you work in the office, at the client’s office or at home, it’s totally up to you!

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written

• Coaching clients to guide them in a new role or with a new working method.
