Interviews and surveys to determine requirements
Interviews and surveys to determine requirements
Knowing your customers and their needs is essential for product development. With Cockpit you create interviews and surveys. The results are imported into Cockpit while maintaining traceability to the source information.
These voices you analyze further by using the affinity diagram in Cockpit and by grouping and organizing information so that they can serve as input for SMART product requirements.

Affinity diagram
With the help of Cockpit’s affinity diagram, you can perform extensive KJ analysis based on information from interviews and surveys. This analysis can serve as a basis for deriving SMART product requirements.

Survey templates
Use Microsoft Word to create and import surveys into Cockpit. Create as many templates as you want to gather customer information from different client perspectives. Then categorize and group by using the affinity diagram.

House of Quality/QFD
Using the built-in QFD (Quality Function Deployment) functionality, you can make choices and take decisions based on user input. The first and second levels (and all other levels) of the House of Quality are available for allocation to all levels.

Export
With one click, you can easily export reports from Cockpit. The most important standard formats such as PDF, Word and Excel are supported. You can easily and quickly share the information with others.
